Slok97:     ArouDraha Kundalee Chakree Vikramyoorjith sAsanaha
                  SabDAthigaha sabDasaha Sisiraha Servareekaraha

One free from aggressiveness, one who Positions the planets, whose weapon is a Disc, the great Fighter, the Everlasting Commander, the one beyond sound, the one exists with sound, the one Cool, and the one cools, is Sree Maha Vishnu.

Vishnu boholds beatifully, all galaxies, by positioning the planets. Vishnu likes ornamentation and decoration. The zone of Vishnu's rule is wonderful and beautiful and extremely mystic.
Vishnu remains cool because always free from anger. And also cools the fire.

In the previous slokas, Vishnu  is clearly described as an Atma, existing in a circular motion, in a circular formation, filled by energy circles. Everthing in
this" Vishnu Kshethra" is circularly configerated. That's why Vishnu is named
"Chakri". Even Vishnu's weapon is also in circular shape, a Disc called "SuDarsana Chakra". With a great bravery, VISHNU commands the Law and Order of the "Thri lokas".

Hereafter, VISHNU can be considered as, "Vishnu Kshethra " (atma ), Lord of "VISHNU KSHETRA" (Paramatma), the Supreme Consciousness". In a calm and cool fashion, Vishnu rules the Kshethra. Only, in times of necessity, Vishnu becomes  aggressive,  inorder to restore the law and order of the rule. Vishnu cools the hot cosmic entities. 

That is VISHNU- the Lord of Thrilokas.
