Slok99:     UttaraNo Dushkruthihaa PuNyo DuswapnanAsanaha
                 Veeraha RakshaNaha samtho Jeevanaha Paryavasthithaha

One who Uplifts anybody by destroying the bad resuls of actions, and restores good karmic currents, the one erases bad dreams, the Bravo, the Protector, the collectively COMPREHENSIVE, the Jeeva ( life force), and the co-exisrer of living beings, Is Sree Maha Vishnu.

"Life" or the "Life force", is the pivotal essence of entire universe. If it is in sufficient  quantity only, the  universal show runs approriately. Otherwise, 
the show closes as a flower shrinks by loosing it's power of sustainance.
VISHNU, an all in one devine entity, gaurds the universe  along with this main supporting entity "Jeeva". Vishnu is the great " Bravo". Ofcourse, what not??
In this slok it is clearly expounded that praying vishnu saves anybody from the Papam by directing towards PuNyam.

VISHNU is the saving, protecting " Spiritual Grid"  of the universe.
