Vishnu is not perishable, means undepletable. This attribute is applied to "Atma", in Gita, Sankhya yoga. In second line of the slok, Vishnu is depicted as a cosmic arena. The vast, unmeasurable space of the universe, is defined as Vishnu. This brillient field ef Divinity, with great Vitality and Mind is Vishnu, the sustainer of this planet.
In this slok, the second line picturises Vishnu as a gaint spiritual field with exponential quantity of
Fire in it's core and moving with high velocity. " Sahaha" implies the friendly nature of Vishnu,
the mind of the field. Whatever exists inside the zone of Vishnu, is saved with protection.
So, Vishnu guards earth and earthly beings. This is Vishnu.
Vishnu is Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent.
