Sloka10:       Suresaha  seraNam serma Viswaretha  prajaabhavaha
                      Ahassamvasthsaro  vyaaLaha  prathyayaha  sarvaDarsanaha.

Lord of all devatas, the Repository, happiness of mind, the Omnipresent,  the
Creator,  the Supreme Self,  time, ever Expanding,  an Associate,  a watcher  of  everything, is Sree Maha Vishnu.

The ever Expanding Vishnu, ( the field of  Supernatural Devine Attraction ),  the Supreme Self, is associated  with everything in the universe , by watching  continuously without any interruption .   Vishnu, The Supremo, is  everything in this Universe.
