The Desirable, the Best,  the one likes Ordinance, The Indistructable, 
the "Circular Suprema Self "which consists the "Life and Fire", the destroyer of Anger, the generator of Anger, the Performer of cosmic actions, stretched everywhere  in the universe and the one holds the earth, is Sree Maha Vishnu.  

Vishnu is the  best, desirable rightuous devine entity.
"Vrishaha" :  The Supreme Self, the lord of a circular Spiritual  field, 
streched in all directions of the Universe. Vru = circular, Sha= Supreme Self
